A Gamer’s Life Update #4

It has been a very busy past 3 weeks for me, sorry for the absence of content. I’ve had so much coursework to finish and an exam to revise for my second year at uni. However, I now have the next 4 months or so free, apart from a 5 week placement starting in early June. With so much more free time, I can now put more of a focus onto making content for this website/blog and I have a lot of ideas of what’s to come.

I’m currently in the process of writing my Anthem review, which will go up hopefully by the end of the week or early next week. I definitely had fun playing the game, however, it clearly has quite a few issues, mainly a lack of post-game content. I’ve also recently finished playing through A Plague Tale: Innocence, which is such a brilliant game that I fully recommend playing and I will be writing a full review of that in the coming weeks. I have a few other ideas and essays to write where I can go into a bit more depth with topics I care about, so look forward to seeing them in the next few months.

One thing I am particularly looking forward to playing next week is the Elsweyr expansion for the Elder Scrolls Online. I absolutely love ESO, I have put so many hours into and I actually prefer it more to Skyrim for many reasons, better stories, characters and a great magic system. I can’t wait to create a character with the new necromancer class, it looks so interesting and more involved and fun to play than any of the other classes so far.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and let me know in the comments what games are you excited to be playing in the future, what are you playing at the moment? Let me know what content or ideas you have for to potentially do and for all things gaming, stay tuned to Honest Gamer.
